Broad Responsibilities:

As an Occupational Therapist at iMotion Physical Therapy, you will be pivotal in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey. You will be responsible for the following Duties:

Patient Assessment and Treatment Planning:

Assess patient conditions by interpreting evaluations and test results.
Develop occupational therapy treatment plans in consultation with physicians or based on prescriptions.

Therapeutic Interventions:

Assist patients in accomplishing treatment goals through manual exercises, functional activities, and education on daily living activities.
Monitor and adjust the fit and function of prosthetic and orthotic devices.

Patient and Family Education:

Design home exercise programs and instruct patients and their families on their implementation.
Educate patients and families about the use and care of assistive devices.

Documentation and Compliance:

Document patient care services thoroughly in patient and department records.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements.

Safety and Equipment Maintenance:
